Product Manager
We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about bringing disciplines together, actively listens to all stakeholders, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute an effective product process. Reporting to the VP, Product, the Product Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, learn about their business priorities and user needs, work with them to define the problems, and collaborate with our team to define and build the solution.

As a Product Manager at Caring, you will:
- ship web based products.
- identify the riskiest assumptions and have an arsenal of tools to validate them.
- focus on learnings and always look for opportunities to shorten the feedback loops.
- set clear and measurable success criteria, use various data analytics tools to track progress, draw actionable insights that drive product decisions, and define an MVP.
- think outside the box; breaking down complex problems with skill and finding elegant solutions,
- communicate the requirements of proposed solutions in a way that motivates the team and encourages product ownership.
- make an effort to involve people with diverse backgrounds and skill sets in their process, incorporating varying points of view.
- tailor communication style and approach to the needs of the internal and external stakeholders.
Our ideal Product Manager will have:
- 3-5 years of experience shipping digital products
- Experience in software product management
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle
- The ability to break down complex business problems by collaborating with technical teams to build project plans and product specifications, identifying simple and elegant solutions focused on important user needs
- Strong storytelling abilities with proven experience creating compelling presentations and selling ideas to collaborators and executive-level clients
- A passion for digital products that translates to a deep knowledge of contemporary design patterns, trends, and best practices
- Humility and willingness to roll up sleeves and take ownership of clearing any obstacles the team faces
- Comfort managing ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
