Regional Engagement Advisor
The Role:

The Regional Engagement Advisor acts as a single point of contact between our Sales Team and our Partners to encourage and facilitate greater consistency of follow up on high probability move ins and promote the value of our leads. This is a sales position and our best Regional Engagement Advisors thrive in a competitive atmosphere.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Previous experience meeting sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment, preferably via telephone sales.
- Can work a predetermined, 40-hour/week schedule.
- Able to manage 20-30 follow up calls and documentation to Partners daily.
- Effectively balance the concerns of communities and our sales process to leave all parties with a positive opinion of the Caring brand.
- Is highly self organized and can manage their time effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Seeks and accepts direction from management on daily performance metrics, sales conversion success, process improvement and Quality Assurance.
- Nimbleness and growth mindset is a must for this evolving position.
- Is highly computer literate and can navigate back and forth through several platforms to effectively and accurately document all conversations.
- Has a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet and conducive to call work, and reliable broadband, hard-wired Internet connection.

- Variable compensation based on performance – target average total compensation (base plus commissions) of $60k-$65k annually.
