We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support our growing business operations. You will be responsible for trend analysis and opportunity mining by identifying and leveraging Key Performance Indicators. You will spearhead initiatives related to data & profitability analysis, design, implement, and monitor tests, and ensure the execution of day-to-day tasks.

As a Senior Operations Analyst at Caring, you will

• Communicate performance metrics, explain trends to key stakeholders, and push for a course of action, establishing your ownership of that area of the business.
• Build and maintain performance reporting, with the autonomy to determine the structure and cadence of reporting in addition to creating it.
• Perform various ad hoc analyses; formulate conclusions and present recommendations to leadership.
• Explore large, complex, and loosely defined datasets and deliver actionable insights and competitive intelligence that will drive the business forward.
• Develop a fundamental understanding of our business processes and the full funnel to drive meaningful performance improvement.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and priorities, gaining broad exposure to multiple operational facets of the business and sharing learnings and best practices.
• Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering continuous improvements and value at high velocity.
• Own internal communication and the presentation of analysis to all levels of the broader business team.

• Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace

Our Ideal Senior Analyst will have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, data science, mathematics, marketing, psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis and implementation
• Strong Excel skills – Must be comfortable with pivot tables, charts, v/h lookups, and count/sum if, as well as all other common Excel functions.
• Strong familiarity and fluency with SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI.
• High levels of accountability, autonomy, and self-motivation, with the ability to take real ownership of tactics and provide input to help shape strategies
• A desire to dig into various analytics platforms and data visualization tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• A growth mindset that informs giving and receiving feedback.
• Demonstrated integrity with experience and comfort in handling confidential information with discretion
• High sense of urgency. Able to make adjustments and identify process improvements that are adaptive to changing information
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the basics of how websites are built and operate

• Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually DOE
