Family Advisor

As a Family Advisor, you will play a vital role in our organization by ensuring strict adherence to compliance protocols and performance standards. This position involves meticulous scrutiny to guarantee our operations meet the highest quality benchmarks. The role requires following scripted communication on the phone, attention to the finest details, and embracing a structured environment with a degree of micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance: Maintain consistent performance metrics based on predefined team benchmarks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Maximize the number of consumers referred to communities month over month while addressing their concerns with compassion and empathy.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow scripted communication accurately during phone interactions, ensuring consistency and compliance at all times.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail, reviewing documentation and records meticulously to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
- Management involvement and oversight: Work closely with supervisors and managers to meet performance goals, embracing a structured and closely monitored work environment.
- Time Management – manage time and productivity effectively in a fully remote environment; balancing adding new volume to your pipeline while also converting your existing pipeline at a high rate.
- Multi-tasking – Enter detailed information into a CRM while also actively listening, assessing information quickly, and problem solving to overcome obstacles in closing sales calls.
- Compliance: Adhere to all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards, which will be closely monitored.
- Brand Ambassador: Effectively balance the concerns of both consumers and communities to leave all parties with the opinion that their interactions with Caring were a positive and valuable experience.
Our ideal Family Advisor will have:
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to follow scripted communication on the phone.
- Comfortable working in a closely monitored and structured environment.
- Strong desire to adhere to specific instructions, checklists, and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Maintain a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet and conducive to call work.
- A reliable broadband, hard-wired Internet connection.
- High computer literacy and ability to navigate a multi-monitor workstation with ease.
- Previous experience meeting quotas in a metrics-driven environment, preferably via telephone sales.
- Able to consistently work a predetermined, 40-hour/week schedule, at least one weekend day per week and holidays.
- Proficiency in handling emotionally charged calls throughout shifts, demonstrating effective emotional processing and communication skills.
