Alisha Quinlan

Alisha Quinlan joined Caring as HR Business Partner in 2017, and now leads the Talent Management team as Vice President of HR, overseeing a wide range of people-related strategies to attract, develop, and retain high performers.

Before coming to Caring, Alisha was the HR Manager at a Senior In-Home Care agency, where she learned about the senior care industry and gained a passion for taking care of the people who care for seniors. Alisha developed her foundation in human resources working at a Biotech company in the San Francisco Bay Area, which prepared her for the high-tech, fast-paced nature of Caring. 

Alisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, Chico. She is based in Northern California with her husband, son and dogs, and she enjoys traveling to the Charlotte office for facetime with Caring team members.

Alisha has been passionate about the senior care industry since volunteering at senior living communities in college, and she was naturally drawn to the service Caring provides for seniors and their caregivers. She is dedicated to keeping the mission ingrained in the company culture to continue helping families, like her own, who struggled through the process of finding the right care for her grandparents.
