Anna Cork, Caring’s Executive Vice President, Talent Management, joined in March 2022 and leads the growing Human Resources and Recruiting teams to attract, develop and retain high performance teams across the company.
Anna has Talent Management leadership experience that spans all facets of Human Resources and the Employee Experience. Her career stands on a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion in the work cultures she supports.
Most recently, Anna was the VP, Employee Experience at Xceleration Partners, LLC, a global reward, recognition, and incentive company. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources for a portfolio group of technology companies, which included Xceleration, Sureshot and an agriculture-based firm that is now Telus Ag. She came to that portfolio group from Arauco, a Chilean-owned wood products company where she was the Corporate HR Manager for Arauco North America and oversaw benefits, compensation, performance management, corporate recruiting, employee engagement and organizational development.
Anna holds an interdisciplinary MALS degree from Hollins University where she focused on Communication, Psychology, Sociology and Business. She received her B.A. in Spanish and Communication Studies from Hollins College. Anna is certified in MBTI, Workplace Big 5, DISC and Predictive Index.
One of her first volunteer opportunities was visiting eldercare facilities with other young musicians to bring joy and music to the residents. She was also very close to her maternal grandmother and step-grandfather who benefited from quality in-home and nursing home care in their later years. As one of a generation with aging parents, she is honored to be part of a team focused on providing support to families as they navigate the complex process of aging in our society.
Anna is based in Charlotte, NC where she lives with her partner John Matthew and their son, Declan.
