Susan Ruff joined Caring as the VP of Partner Success in March 2024. She has almost 20 years of experience and passion for the senior living industry. She is a highly respected and accomplished leader who will provide a depth of experience in Account Management and Partner Services as Caring faces a future filled with opportunities to help families select the right senior care products and services for their loved ones. Susan’s strength is blending leadership, her passion for the senior living industry, and her love for family to contribute to the excellence of the Caring team.

Susan is based in Dayton, Ohio with her husband and rescue dog. Susan and her husband love to travel to visit their four grown children. Their parents have been impacted by homecare, skilled nursing rehab, and assisted living decisions over the years, which is why Susan is an advocate for senior living education.
