Tracey Zhen

Tracey Zhen joined Caring in April 2024 as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.

Tracey has over 25 years of experience in consumer technology. She most recently served as President of the car-sharing network Zipcar where she was responsible for the digital transformation of the business. Prior to Zipcar, she held senior leadership roles at TripAdvisor, Expedia and IAC in areas spanning product development, engineering, operations, marketing, strategy, and finance. She has a strong track record scaling high-growth consumer marketplace platforms globally. She also serves on the board of directors at Macy’s, Inc and other non-profit boards.

Tracey graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with dual degrees in finance and information systems.

Tracey was drawn to Caring due to its mission. She witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease on her grandfather and how challenging it was for her family to find him the right type of care.
