Tyler Vuxta

Tyler Vuxta joined Caring as Director of Operations in August 2019, later advancing to Vice President of Operations in February 2021 and Senior Vice President of Operations in November 2023.

Prior to Caring, Tyler spent time as a senior associate consultant with SSA and Co, a management consulting firm specializing in driving operating model efficiency and effectiveness for multiple Fortune-500 clients. Prior to his consulting work, Tyler spent 6 years at Red Ventures, a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of digital companies specializing in customer acquisition through digital and telesales channels. At Red Ventures, Tyler managed operations for partnerships as diverse as insurance, telecom, and home services.

Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is based in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two young children.

Tyler’s first involvement with senior living was as a weekly volunteer at Masonic Village retirement community in high school. This experience helped him empathize with the challenges of aging and gave him a passion for finding compassionate solutions for seniors and their families.
