Senior Associate, Paid Media
Caring is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Media to support our digital marketing growth. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Senior Associate will be responsible for the optimization and growth of our Paid Media campaigns with the opportunity to expand into additional marketing channels in the future. Responsibilities include aligning short term initiatives with long term channel strategy, data analysis and reporting, performing and monitoring tests, identifying growth opportunities, and day-to-day account execution. This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Manage and allocate a 7-figure monthly paid media budget to maximize business profitability, ensuring strategic alignment with company-wide financial goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to unearth robust opportunities for optimization within our Paid Media portfolio. Leverage advanced analytical techniques to predict trends and model future outcomes.
- Lead the presentation of analytical findings and strategic insights to internal business teams, providing actionable recommendations and guiding strategic decisions.
- Act as a senior point of contact for the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to disseminate learnings and refine best practices across departments.
- Spearhead the testing and refinement of paid media elements including copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting methods. Drive continual improvements in efficiency and profitability through innovative approaches.
- Use cutting-edge AI and data science tools to enhance account management and program efficiencies, setting benchmarks in the industry for technological adoption in paid media strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team. Lead by example in developing their strategic thinking and technical skills in paid media management.
Our ideal Senior Associate will have:
- 2-5 years of professional experience managing Paid Media accounts, including 2+ years in Paid Search
- Experience using BI tools (such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) and comfort with using Google Analytics or other tools to understand post-click performance.
- Comfort with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite, with particular proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- A data-driven mindset, with attention to detail and an analytical approach to account optimization and strategic problem solving.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to identify and act on the most impactful opportunities, planning their work weeks out to accomplish larger team goals and understanding how it influences the P&L of their department.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, consistently and proactively communicating with coworkers.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to take real ownership of strategy and tactics
- Ability to attend collaboration sessions in the Charlotte office at least once a week
